INNES Institute Vienna - Social Media

My work with INNES was more than just writing the website copy in an exciting new tone of voice. 

 

To ensure consistency across the brand, I also wrote the automatic emails which were programmed to be sent out to clients at various stages of their journey with INNES.

One of the most entertaining place a brand's voice can be used is, of course, social media. The goal with INNES' social media posts was to make the reader feel like we were addressing them and talking to them in a friendly, conversational manner. It was supposed to convey that INNES don't take themselves too seriously.
